Microblading
Microblading in London and Kingston Upon Thames
What is Microblading
A semi-permanent makeup technique for enhancing the appearance of the eyebrows and used to create the illusion of fuller brows, in which pigment is scratched into the skin in fine, short strokes resembling hair, using a hand tool with a blade formed of tiny needles. Generally, results can last from 12 to 24 months depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how often you get touch-ups.
Although the procedure can take upward of 2 hours, most people report only feeling minor pressure or discomfort due to the use of a numbing cream. Of course, this will depend on your own personal tolerance to pain.
Why us
At Nadia PMU & Beauty, we Offer Microblading treatment which aims to enhance natural beauty while complimenting unique facial features of all types. My aim is to create the most life like, realistic looking brows possible without diverting from the natural brow shape that you already have. Using Phibrows technique which is a widely sought after treatment brand.
A consultation session in my treatment room in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, is recommended to carry out a patch test and Discuss the process of creating the desired brows in depth. Add to that, making sure that the chosen colour is suited for the client’s natural tone.
To achieve a natural looking eyebrows we follow the shape of the face, eyes and bone structure. That is why every person will have a different shape as we don’t follow only one look.
Microblading healing process
How fast your skin heals will slightly differ for each person depending on many factors, such as; age, skin type and overall health. Generally, The brows will need 4 to 6 weeks to heal completely and a second session for touch up is usually needed to fill any gaps or imperfections. After This point a touch up is needed every 9 to 12 Months and at some cases 18 months.

Microblading Process
During your consultation session a patch test is done which Requires 24 hours to make sure that you are not allergic to the pigment of numbing cream. The first stage of the appointment is considered the most important stage and that is the pre-drawing of the brows which is done by applying the golden ratio method which allows us to create brows that suite your facial features and bone structure. The image above shows the stages you might go through after your eyebrows are done.
Your new brows will be very dark to start with then you will go through a series of changes during the healing process which are shown in the image above.
Microblading aftercare is very important to guarantee the best result out of the procedure. Not following the aftercare steps is going to cause the pigment to fade or an infection to occur. for more details about aftercare instructions please look at the FAQs at the bottom of this page.
